Wyoming recognizes DAO LLCs and allows them to be formed in the state. Wyoming is the first U.S. state to clarify the legal status of a Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO).
As a result of advances in the U.S. legal system, it is now possible to use digital tokens like Proof of Medical Condition tokens to assign legal ownership to a Wyoming DAO Limited Liability Company.
This means that patients can truly own the fruits of their effort simply by proving association to the particular mDAO for a specific disease.
